As part
of their Adoption Expo each year, Wonderland Greyhound Park and Raynham
Greyhound Park invite a few greyhound adopters to come and work in
active racing kennels for a week to see what life is really like for
working greyhounds before they retire.

GPA Houston was chosen by
Urban Paws magazine to be the featured charity in its first online issue (September/October 2009), and Shooter was the Cover Girl! The sights and sounds of downtown Houston during weekday rush hour were a bit overwhelming at times for Shooter, but she was a trooper and spent two hours being photographed at Discovery Green.
