Petapalooza 4/2/07

Once again Pet-A-Palooza was a blast for all. Last year there were over 15,000 attendees, this year's total is sure to eclipse and break that attendence record. The GPA/SN turn out was fantastic. Our volunteers did a fantastic job throughout the day. So much work goes into setting up the booth prior to the even and equally after the public leaves. A special thanks to the Minardi's who we both there to set up and tear down and brought along their handsome boy London. Gene Bussey and Eva Marie played photog for the day and Eva Marie received special compliments all day over her exceptionally soft coat. Dee Dee and Greg acted as awesome sales agents while their girls Bella & SueBee played as ambassadors of the hounds. Cody and Nyree were busy making sure customers got what they wanted even offering soda and water for a donation. Dorota and Russell brought the beautiful Dalia to strut her stuff for the admiring crowds and Dalia even walked away with a new collar and leash for her work.

Don and Mark had Bart accompany them to the event with Bart being a real crowd pleaser. Bart and Hounds Delavan and Jake acted as perfect gentlemen all day. Even 'old' Kahn brought Elaine and Barry out to enjoy the day! Richard and Janet brought along their 2 beautiful hounds and Terry accompanied the beautiful Max and helped everyone out in the booth and answered questions by the throngs of visitors. Max especially appreciated our booth being placed next to the ferret rescue group - complete with plenty of ferrets to sniff!

Kelley and Michael stopped by with their greyhound Coco Gazelle as well as their greyhound wannabe, Harley the Weimeraner.  Both Coco and Harley got new fancy martingale collars while visiting.

All in all, a fabulous, fun and successful day for all!
